Subscriptions & Payments
The Sharp Lens may offer free and paid subscription tiers. If you purchase a paid subscription:
- Billing: You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until you cancel.
- Pricing: All prices are displayed in USD and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
- Free trials: If offered, free trials convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing cycle.
- Refunds: Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact legal@tslnews.com within 14 days of a charge for consideration.

Class action waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action. If this waiver is found to be unenforceable, the entire arbitration clause shall be void.
